Charron Leilani began her journey with yoga in 2006 to help with debilitating back pain. She later became certified by Yoga Works in 2016 to teach yoga. Following her longtime curiosity about energy healing, she became a Usui Ryoho Reiki practitioner, eventually leading to becoming a Reiki Master & also a Shamanic Reiki 2 practitioner. Adding to her varied interests in mindfulness and holistic healing modalities, she has also studied astrology, crystal healing, meditation and dreamwork with various teachers, applied the techniques to her personal life, and continues to use these modalities as self-care tools today. These tools became her medicine for inner peace and empowerment, enhancing her spiritual lifestyle.  When she isn’t leading a yoga class in the Hudson Valley area of New York, Charron also enjoys guiding others about dreamwork to strengthen your intuition and to heal.
