Charron Leilani's passion for holistic wellness has led her down a diverse path. Starting with yoga in 2006 to manage back pain, she became Yoga Works certified in 2016. She is also a Usui Ryoho Reiki Master and Shamanic Reiki II practitioner. Her exploration of mindfulness and healing modalities includes astrology, crystal healing, meditation, and dreamwork, which she uses for personal self-care. These practices have fostered inner peace and empowerment, deepening her spiritual connection. Charron teaches yoga in the Hudson Valley, New York, and also offers guidance in dreamwork, helping others unlock their intuition for self-empowerment.
